  3. Compare Daisy and Tom's Mistress. Further information: In chapter 1 Daisy was taunting Tom with "hulky" and he didn't get upset. However in this chapter, Tom's Mistress keeps saying "Daisy" and Tom slaps her. Does he not "love"  her enough?

    1. Second cousin once removed means the child of your second cousin.
    2. Nick lives in West Egg and Daisy lives in East Egg. The two locations are not really that different just by what surrounds it, for example, the houses, people, etc...

    1. Tom's Mistress name is Myrtle and they have a serious relationship in New York.
    2. Tom's and his mistress' feelings towards their own partners are that they think they are too stupid to notice that they have another relationship going on. They don't love them anymore which is why they are cheating on them.
    3. In my opinion, I feel like Tom doesn't love Daisy enough or else why would he be cheating on her.
    4. Tom told his mistress that he can't divorce Daisy because Daisy is catholic.

    1. People were saying that Gatsby is a very mysterious person because they don't really see him out or know how he is.
    2. Gatsby and Nick are alike because they were both in the third division during WW1.
    3. Nick discovers that Jordan Baker is a skanky liar.

    2. Nick lives in West Egg and Daisy lives in East Egg. West Egg is, like, the more poor neighborhood while East Egg is the Beyonce of the two.

    1. Myrtle. Relationship Status: Keeping shit low key while cheating
    2. They both don't seem to care much about their partners.
    3. Daisy is just with Tom for the sake of their child. Myrtle seems to only be with Tom for money...
    4. Daisy is catholic.

    1. He killed a man once; that's the first thing that comes to mind.
    2. Gatsby and Nick were both war veterans and don't seem to talk to many people.
    3. THIS CHICK IS LIAR.
